본 약관은 hohoplayground(이하 "개발사")가 제공하는 실타래 공방(이하 "본 앱")의 이용 조건을 규정합니다. 본 앱을 다운로드하거나 이용하면 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.
개발사는 이용자에게 본 앱을 개인적·비상업적 목적으로 이용할 수 있는, 양도 불가능하고 비독점적인 권리를 부여합니다.
본 앱의 하트, 점수, 갤러리 진행 등 게임 내 요소는 현금 가치가 없으며 환불·환전·양도의 대상이 아닙니다. 보상형 광고 시청으로 얻는 보상(예: 하트 충전, 점수 2배)은 게임 내에서만 사용되는 가상의 혜택입니다.
본 앱은 무료 제공을 위해 제3자 광고(Google AdMob 등)를 포함합니다. 광고의 내용은 광고 제공자가 결정하며, 개발사는 광고를 통해 연결되는 외부 사이트·서비스에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 광고 데이터 처리에 관한 사항은 개인정보처리방침을 참고하세요.
본 앱과 그 콘텐츠(디자인, 그래픽, 코드 등)에 대한 모든 권리는 개발사 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다.
본 앱은 "있는 그대로(as-is)" 제공되며, 특정 목적에의 적합성이나 무중단·무오류를 보증하지 않습니다. 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서, 개발사는 본 앱 이용으로 발생한 간접적·부수적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
개발사는 사전 통지 후 본 앱의 전부 또는 일부를 변경하거나 제공을 중단할 수 있습니다.
본 약관은 개정될 수 있으며, 개정 시 본 페이지를 통해 공지합니다. 개정 후 계속 이용하면 변경에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 분쟁은 관할 법원에서 다룹니다.
These Terms govern your use of Yarn Atelier ("the App") provided by hohoplayground ("we", "the Developer"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
In-game elements such as hearts, scores, and gallery progress have no monetary value and are not subject to refund, exchange, or transfer. Rewards from watching rewarded ads (e.g., heart refills, score doubling) are virtual benefits usable only within the game.
To offer the App for free, it includes third-party ads (such as Google AdMob). Ad content is determined by the ad providers, and we are not responsible for external sites or services linked through ads. See the Privacy Policy for how ad data is processed.
All rights to the App and its content (design, graphics, code, etc.) belong to the Developer or its rightful owners.
The App is provided "as-is" without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or of uninterrupted, error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the App.
We may, after notice, modify or discontinue all or part of the App.
These Terms may be revised; changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are handled by the competent court.
